MEETING HIGHLIGHTS:
- It was reminded that when spotting a Mountain Lion, only take pictures if it is safe to do so before following up with a report to the Courgarconservancy.org.
- It was reported that a car fire erupted in the horse trail behind homes along Eucalyptus. Homeowners assisted in extinguishing the fire until the fire department arrived.
- Wesley read Management's response to recent issues which included:*
*Plans to landscape the slopes around the construction sites
*Rent Increases
*Tentative dates to repair the stacked concrete walls
*Plans of revamping the speed bumps and stop signage which are showing wear
*Earthquake master shutoff valves
- Additional Resident Concerns and Suggestions were addressed and discussed.*
* A comprehensive list of management responses and on-going concerns
will eventually be available to community members in the Resident Login portal.
- Voting - The positions of Vice President and Treasurer were vacant, and new key members were voted in unanimously:

- Hot dogs and snacks were served after the meeting
