Our next General Membership Meeting is set for:


Saturday, March 14th at 11 AM.


Speakers include:  

  • California Department of Insurance

  • The Red Cross: Will be on-site with a CPR training sign-up sheet. 

We have a robust agenda focused on keeping Oakridge beautiful, safe, and connected. Key initiatives that we’ll discuss include:

  • Landscape Priorities: Tree trimming, brush clearance, weeding, and re-landscaping bare areas. We are also addressing repairs to curbing, block walls, and the playground slide area. 

  • Infrastructure & Safety: Look for upcoming street topcoat surfacing and new signage using non-fading DOT paint. We are also finalizing the installation of Doggie Bag stations and new Entry Lane signage. 

  • Cell Tower Service: We will be discussing the latest updates regarding the Verizon Cell Tower property installation and service improvements.  

  • Recreation: Reconfigurations of our Pickleball, Basketball, and Tennis courts. 

  • Traffic Control: Implementing speed limit maps for visitors and delivery drivers to reduce reckless speeding. 

  • Preparedness: Upcoming Emergency Exit Drills (TBA), Fire-Life-Safety info sessions, and Water Cannon updates. 

  • Security: Continued enhancement of patrols and additional parking solutions. 

  • Two-Day Community Garage Sale: May 30–31, 2026. 

Your participation is critical to launch these priorities. By attending meetings and sharing your concerns, you help ORA champion the issues that matter most. We advocate for you with total discretion—all concerns are submitted to Oakridge Management anonymously as general community feedback. This collective approach allows us to push for improvements effectively. By joining us, you’re helping create a better, more vibrant neighborhood for everyone.
